Insurance & Fees

At Sūkshma Therapy, we want the process of beginning therapy to feel clear and supported. Whether you’re using insurance or paying privately, we’ll guide you through your options and help you find the clinician who feels like the right fit for you.

Insurance

Most of our clinicians are in-network with major insurance plans, including:

  • Aetna

  • UnitedHealthcare / Optum

  • Anthem Blue Cross

  • Additional palns may be added as our team grows

If you’d like to use insurance, our intake coordinator will help you understand your benefits and match you with a clinician who is paneled with your plan. Each clinician’s insurance status may differ, so we take care to place you with someone aligned with both your clinical needs and your coverage.

For clients with out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement upon request.

Fees

Our fees vary based on the clinician’s experience, specialty, and availability. Because therapy is a highly personal process, we prefer to talk with you directly about rates so we can understand your needs and match you with the clinician who feels like the best therapeutic and financial fit.

Session Reservations & Cancellations

Once we establish a standing session time, that hour is reserved for you each week. Therapy is most often held at least weekly, and in some cases more frequently, to support continuity and depth in the work. For this reason, availability for every-other-week appointments is limited.

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Each client may cancel up to four (4) sessions per calendar year within this notice period without charge.

This structure helps create stability in the therapeutic work and allows therapists to maintain an ongoing, reliable schedule.

When possible, your therapist may be able to offer a rescheduled time within the same week; however, alternative times cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as cancellations beyond the four allowed per year, are charged at the full session rate and are not billed to insurance.
